Recorded, not live

Recorded sessions replay imported observations using their original timestamps. A separate live service is connected; live availability depends on provider access and active session coverage. The live centre reports connection and freshness status. A running service is not proof of an active live feed.

Timing and mini-sectors

Lap times are shown after the recorded lap duration has elapsed. Archived mini-sector arrays lack per-segment observation times; we show their source values after lap completion, never invent progressive updates. Deleted-lap reconciliation and qualifying phase segmentation are not yet certified.

Track and telemetry

Positions interpolate only between nearby recorded samples. Missing and expired observations disappear. Coordinates are approximate; lateral track placement is not authoritative. A track without verified geographic alignment cannot be placed on a 3D basemap.

Tyres and stints

Stint length counts completed laps within that stint. Tyre age adds the recorded tyre age at the start. Unknown starting age remains unknown.

Historical coverage

Imported archive years span 1950–2026. This is not a claim of complete coverage. Race-point aggregates exclude sprint points and historical dropped-score rules. Imported championship standings are available separately.

Audio

PlanetF1 commentary is attributed and generated voice is labelled. Synced playback is experimental at 1×, starts through interaction, drops old events and clears playback on seeking. Audio availability depends on the imported clips.

Release status

This edition remains excluded from search indexing pending release review. Data, audio and map redistribution review and hosted verification are required before public release. No commercial licence is assumed.
